I’ve been seeing Teresa with my boyfriend for over two years! We go monthly as a way to provide space for growth and communication. We never want to stop going, and it has saved our relationship from the stress of one partner having mental illnesses. Teresa is the best therapist I’ve ever had, and I’ve had 7 in the last decade. She’s on time and devoted to your session. She takes notes and remembers details from past sessions. If you are looking for long-term solutions and help with direction in your life/family/relationship, she’s a amazing resource. You will need to put in a lot of hard work to meet your goals, but you have a wonderful support in her always.
