Teresa Smith, FNP

Teresa will not give you anything for pain only muscle relaxer. She repeatedly wants you to go through therapy and get nerve blocks that doesn't work. I started seeing her December 2023 until May 2024 when she quit.

3 visits and not rx for pain meds, only muscle relaxers, always an excuse to why she can't write it, only advice as of now is physical therapy, and working her way to injections which is trying to be forced on someone, and they doesn't work and i have had a bad experience with, I had a back surgery stay in constant pain and the only thing she do is look at you like I don't care, if you want help go further and, A PIECE OF ADVICE CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FILE AN URGENT GRIEVANCE with them about the QUALITY OF CARE you receive from them... THEY WILL INVESTIGATE

The whole office environment did not feel right , I was made to feel out of place and very uncomfortable. I felt like I didn't belong there and I shouldn't have been there, I was trying to discuss other things that I was trying to relieve pain and I was totally ignored. All I can say is you have to watch what you say when you feel mistreated because you will be judged and treated a totally different way and I don't mean fair or good, you wibe talked to as if it's the law but

Do not use her, run, don't walk, to go to another NP. She is the worst of the worst! Will not work with you on a treatment plan, sends you for test but does not tell you, you find out when they call for appointment. Won’t treat the whole you, will not listen when you try to talk. She ALWAYS SAYS “YOU BROKE THE RULES” and will not listen when you try to explain that no you did not break her stupid rules! Go somewhere else for treatment, not to Teresa Smith!!!!
