Terri did not take the time to develop a clear understanding of our family dynamic. She rushed though the only two meetings that we had, and did not accept necessary documentation that would have explained all that was going on. She ignored the emotional stability of the children and seemingly went with the parent who paid her the most money.

I would give Teri a thousand stars if I could. She saw straight through the other parents lies and listened to the children. I was a little put off by the fact that she didn’t speak to me too much, but in the end she focused on the children. Im please with her work and wish we could see he for individual counseling as she was really good with my son who is on the spectrum. Her advice was too notch and is still helping me 4 years later.

Terri appears to be overwhelmed and behind in her work because she is rarely available, but jumps to form conclusions without referencing or respecting the court order. She is our court appointed parent coordinator to work through the best interest of our child when there is disagreement. She consistently ignores our judgement and makes significant decisions which have financial and resource impact that conflicts with our agreement. Her decisions are not well thought out and are reflective of poor understanding of our arrangement and poor communication.

she had one job and that was to have my custody report in on time to the courts and she failed to do so, now my court date has been pushed back a whole month. she has definitely ruined my life

Awful is the best word. The attempt to schedule an appointment with her was the first sign. It took her three weeks to return a phone call and that required contact via my attorney (thanks for the unneeded bill for that). Ms. Campesta is in a word unprofessional. She ignored the court's order pertaining to her role. Her recommendation was based upon no testing, no evaluation but rather a simple 1 hour conversation. Ms. Campesta ignored available reports and did not provide a rationale for her recommendations. Moreover, Ms. Campesta violated her ethical obligation as she made recommendations outside of her training and licensure. She should be suspended from her practice.

She was amazing in helping me with panic attacks. She gave me wonderful techniques to help keep me grounded. Therapy is marathon not a sprint.

She abuses her position for financial gain. Her education is mediocre and it shows.

Additionally, she took advantage of our court appointed/MANDATED status with appointments scheduled with no end in sight. She’s only in it for the money.

Ms. Campesta is very professional and very well respected in the eyes of the Court. The court appoints her for custody evaluations and parenting coordination cases. If there was something wrong with her evaluations, the court would not appoint her. She cares about the children and is always looking out for the best interest of the child. I can only guess that the individuals who gave low stars were mad because Ms. Campesta saw through their lies. I have seen Ms. Campesta in court and she is very prepared and on target with her recommendations.

Condescending! She is only interested in looking good in the eyes of the court regardless of what’s morally right in your case. I suspected manipulation so she could score more appointments which in turn makes her more money. Do not allow her to speak to your child without you or an attorney because she will create problems that don’t exist so she “will need more appointments.”

I was referred to Ms Campesta through AETNA. The "Doc" has done well by me. I started calling her "Doc" after trying her first technique for 2 wks. She was able to listen to my history, and recommend techniques and exercises for me to experiment with. I wish I had known her years ago! Years of stress and anxiety could've been avoided. She understands how to deal with metal "triggers" and our personal paths through life. Not enough room here for a thorough review. Thanks ?? Latherio

Never calls back I'd give a 0 star rating if that was an option

This woman is completely incompetent and unprofessional. No telling how many children have suffered because of her. I know mine is. Find anyone else to do your custody evaluation and stay as far away as you can from this woman!

This was the worst experience I had. Mrs. Campesta makes recommendations that does not benefit the children. She is very expensive and spends to much time discussing unrelated topics which always requires another session. I would not recommend her .
