Terri was an excellent help to us when my family contrated the flu this winter. She consulted with Children's Mercy when my son was experiencing muscle pain and was able to get us scheduled for a blood draw the same day. She followed up with us within a couple of hours and even called to check on him days later. Terri was so helpful during this stressful time and I was SO appreciative of her caring nature.
