Terri is a great practitioner, she takes her time with appointments, listens, asks practical questions and advises competently. Professional, courteous and caring.

Terri Jones is very thorough and professional with describing the required tests, what to expect, and the results--including the follow-up plan and referral going forward. I greatly appreciate her kind, empathetic demeanor as well.

She was very rude and direct. She was blunt in a bad way. Very poor bedside manner. She did not listen to my concerns and made a lot of assumptions. I truly felt disrespected. She kept cutting me off when I was speaking and only half listened. It truly felt like she was treating me like I was stupid. Never again.

She explained all my medical care in detail and she was easy to understand. She has great bedside manner. I felt very comfortable with her.

Answered all my questions and was confident in next steps needed. Very friendly and approachable.

Never see a Dr. Would never go here again. Not even for a coloscopy

would rather not comment any further than rudeness is something that should not be tolerated period.

Terri went through my pre visit paperwork with me asking questions to understand and listened. She didn’t rush to get through. Her follow up phone call right after several tests came back was very appreciated.

I had a bad stomach so I contacted this Dr. I was told by another Dr. it was my gallbladder but it wasn’t. This Dr. ran all the tests and figured out what was wrong with me. I’m so happy and on my way to recovery. Thank you.

Terri Jones has worked in this profession for well of 20 years and I would trust her with any of my family members. I have recommended her multiple times over the years, and have taken my own children to see her. We have always been treated with respect and dignity. We have always gotten to correct care for whatever the visit was for. She is very knowledgeable about current topic in our health care system and follows what's best for each patient. I love that she is part of the community that she works in. It allows her to communicate better with patients.

My husband sees T Jones; she has always Helped him with his needs, and she has always been nice and I love when we call last minute ( due to work) we are always able to be seen that day! That’s huge for us! She wins our approval and recommendations.

HORRIBLE Nurse !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR INSURANCE money on this woman she has an ice heart and thinks she is better than her patients. She has no caring hand with her patients, being in the office I've heard several complaints...even from the nurses about her attitude. she WILL NOT make it far with her career in the health field the way she treats her patients personally speaking she treated me as if I was in a fast food restuarant "how can I help you" she has no heart in making her patients comfortable. Praying the board pulls her license to practice before someone gets extremely hurt from this cruel woman. SEEK A BETTER DOCTOR AN ACTUAL DOCTOR SHE IS THE WORST NURSE PRACTITIONER DADE CITY HAS TO OFFER. I would l give her 0 stars if I could but it will not let me.
