Terri, a nurse practitioner, provided me false information about my medications, didn’t pay attention to details, repeatedly displayed a bad attitude including going out of her way to reprimand me for not following her explicit instructions. She even went out of her way to get in my way when I needed her to provide INR (warfarin) clearance on a timely basis to a specialist of mine for an important procedure. Doctor's and hospitals want that clearance at least 5 days before the scheduled procedure/surgery. She had everything she needed (including hospital pre-admission testing) at least a week before the scheduled procedure, she waited until the day before to send the clearance, all the while I was asking her to get it done.

Annual physical

She was excellent again. Had an ear problem she took care of a few months ago. My second visit with her was to go over my general lab results. She was very good at explaining each test and what I needed to do to improve those results. In my mid sixties and she was in the upper trier of medical people I have seen.

I would not recommend her for a visit

This was the worse doctor visit I have ever had. She lacked compassion and bedside manners. She acted as if I was an inconvenience for her. She would only discuss one issue I was having and she told me I would need to make an appoint to address any other health concerns. She did not give me any reassurance that I was needing. I will never be back to see her.

Awkward visits with hesitant manner

I've referred myself to specialists when she offers nothing. In each case, I needed further treatment. Didn't verbally give me full lab results. I then asked for them, and she thought I wanted them repeated. Can't repeat something she didn't say yet. Refers to god, which is not I was there for. Asked me if I was wearing underwear when receiving a cortisone shot in my hip. Awkward and odd.
