Dr. Terry Patrick, OD

Front office staff were very understanding and polite. But Dr. Patrick was very rude and not understanding that I was having a panic attack wearing the face mask nor that I could have my face or eyes touched. Spent very little time and of course not being understanding or timely with correcting the glasses that are not working for me. Circles look oval and I can see distance and up close but not anything in between. Will not return.

I've worn glasses and contact lenses for over two decades, and Dr. Patrick is the best optometrist I've seen in all that time. Trusting someone to examine my eyes has been stressful in the past, but Dr. Patrick has a very laid back manner which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Patrick is very skilled and knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer any questions I had and explain things to me so that I could take better care of my vision. I experienced six years of excellent care with Dr. Patrick, and only stopped visiting his office because I moved out of the area. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an optometrist. The office staff at Dr. Patrick's office are very helpful as well and go above and beyond to help you find a flattering pair of glasses.

I always thought I had great vision, until I noticed it becoming more difficult to focus in dim lighting and figured it is time to schedule an appointment. I have a strong dislike of anyone, even myself, touching my eye and I am happy that I chose Dr. Patrick for my first time. He was very understanding and patient and helped me understand what is happening. Thanks Libby Eye Care!

Over the years, Terry has become a friend. He is expert in his profession and truthful: he never tries to sell. He understands my needs as a writer/professor and knows what would work best for my eyesight, my work and my leisure. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I had been a patient since the start of Dr. Patricks practice in Libby. I had an appointment scheduled for 2 1/2 months which was cancelled, when I informed the receptionist that my glasses were broken and I was out of contacts she did not show any empathy and instead informed me of an appointment 6 weeks out. I had also gone into see if my glasses could be fixed and I was just shrugged off. After ten years of loyalty, one would hope that they would receive better care than what was provided.

My 7 year old daughter's first eye exam with Dr. Patrick. Thank you for making my family feel comfortable, and cared for... Highly recommend and trust Dr. Patrick and his staff, and look forward to him caring for us in the years to come!
