Very poor communication, non-professional, dismissive. Did pelvic exam without a med asst or nurse present. Nurse was great! Look elsewhere for a pcp.

After seeing Tess for an urgent care matter, my husband and I switched to see her as our primary. She is very attentive and not only listens, but HEARS you. She works cooperatively with other practitioners in the practice and I am therefore able to get her input even if I cannot get an appointment time with Tess.
