I still think this is one of the best counseling centers to go to. I came here to get help with my anxiety and depression issues and my Therapist Thelma was nothing but helpful. I have seen other counselors before but none have helped as much as she did. If you are in immediate need to speak to someone, it may not be the best because it sometimes takes a while to get an appointment, but when you get one it is definitely worth the wait.

"The staff was very polite and friendly. There was a very short wait and I was then promptly assisted. I would recommend coming to this particular office for assistance if needed. The issue was solved completely. Thank you Thelma and the wonderful staff for doing such an excellent job."

Not great
Honestly was amazed by how blunt she was with some of her comments. Had my first appointment as a new patient to deal with depression and left the appointment being told that I was extremely lonely and need to find some friends online… aka offered essentially no methods of dealing with my mental illness. Was also on her phone a good amount. Overall just did not feel like Thelma was actually listening to what I was saying.
