Theresa listened to my symptoms, assessed my situation, and provided a PT program that led to a rapid and successful treatment program. During our video PT sessions she provided constant feedback on my techniques in an encouraging and inspiring manner. She also emailed documentation on the exercises we reviewed plus additional exercises and equipment recommendations so I had resources to help ensure compliance and continuous improvement. I always looked forward to our sessions and was delighted by the results. I have already recommended Thersa and Spine Team Texas to friends.

Theresa, was so very helpful in providing the instructions that I needed, so that I was able to accomplish each of the procedures that has brought my physical strength and Lower back movement abilities back without any residual pain. Theresa‘s understanding of my specific Required therapy exercises and Her presentation techniques made my recovery and renewed movement so stress free I looked forward to my personal non instructional exercise routines, almost as much as the instructor lead sessions. My personal thanks to the Spine Team and Theresa for my great return to movement and health. But of course I will and would recommend your team to anyone that would ask who helped in my recovery, especially Theresa Adams-Brooks.
