I had two children tested by Dr. Chinnery and she was wonderful both times. Listened carefully and explained things well. Very professional and personable.

There with my parent for reading of results, came across as very arrogant. Despite working with people with brain issues there is no support other than her report. Certainly not looking for therapy, but strategies would be nice Disregards patient input of symptoms.

Contrary to previous posts my experience with Dr. Chinnery was excellent. I was suffering from symptoms from a previous concussion that had me to a point where I was considering dropping out of college because I couldn't keep up with the curriculum. They got me in as early as they could (with a referral from another doctor) because they understood the value of me staying in school. Dr. Chinnery and her assistant were amazing and very easy to talk to. My experience was fantastic.

If you have chronic illness and have sought medical treatment from multiple providers, beware of Dr. Chinnery as she is quick to apply the psychosomatic label--without discussion. She does not treat the patient as an equal partner, preferring to disregard patient input that does not agree with her findings.
