She was wonderful, warm, and very smart. She removed a painful cyst from with precision and accuracy. I healed very well and barely have a scar. She is someone that I trust completely with my care

She is the most incompetent and willfully ignorant PA I’ve ever have come across. Not only is she intellectually incapacitated and knows little about the field she’s supposed to be an expert in (or at least adequately informed) but her demeanor is aggressive and downright nasty as well. I was referred to her and after dealing with her for 3 visits, I requested and received an appointment with an actual doctor instead of Theresa, PA with a superiority complex. She also has a poor grasp of math. I was on the lowest dose of medication even though I had 2 spinal surgeries, the last being a fusion and was taking daily doses of medication that would not even be adequate to alleviate a toothache. When I told her the problems I was having she became aggressively dismissive and relented in “increasing” my daily dose. The problem is that dose was less than the previous one she was prescribing! Do you see why I deem her intellectually incapacitated?! Do yourself a favor and avoid her at all costs

Unprofessional and irresponsible. Misplaced my medical records left in her care to copy then failed to take responsibility for it. Had staff making insulting comments implying I was lying about having left them. Didn't even offer an apology for the misplacement of these records of which I only had the one copy. Then, after I made this complaint about being upset about them being careless with my records, the stopped calling in my medication. I left 4-5 messages and nobody would return my calls.

I was seeing Theresa Difabrizio for a year and not once did she offer any procedure to ease my pain. She only gave me 5mg of Oxycodone twice a day (every 12 friggen hours!!!), WTH?! Even a dog would not benefit from that because of how small the dose was. I suffered through hell for 1 year with her until I found a new doctor. I'm so glad I did...other Dr.'s seem to know her and talk down about her because, she is like a transient PA. She goes wherever there is a vacancy and has no home office.
