The moment I joined my appointment—my second one with her—I was immediately lectured about how she was losing money because I hadn’t booked a full hour. She even questioned, “Didn’t you say you worked from home and had control over your schedule?”—as if I had lied. If this was an issue, she could have reached out beforehand to inform me or cancel the appointment. OR she could have simply waited until the end of the session to clarify that she only books hour-long appointments. I had been looking forward to this appointment, but within seconds, I felt disheartened. Given that this was a session for anxiety, she should have been more mindful of how her words could impact her clients. While her advice is helpful, her bedside manner needs serious improvement. My takeaway - don't mess with her money.

She has helped me see many more options and choose better paths for interpersonal relationships.

She really good at making you commit to the next appointment. Not unusual for a patient having to wait up to 30 minutes. If the patient is late for even 10 minutes, she's likely to cancel the meeting and reschedule.
