Dr. Thomas Boyle, PHD

My mother, a senior with the beginnings of a Dementia diagnosis visited Dr Boyle for about a year. She had a sudden hospitalization and I phoned the day ahead to cancel the appointment, avoiding a $100 fee. We NEVER heard from the office again, never a call to check on her wellbeing or prognosis! They were VERY good at calling if my parents were just a few minutes late. This is VERY disappointing and a classic example of how little providers care for their patients. I first surmised him a gentle person, now I feel he's passive and completely non-reactive. My mom may have Dementia but she's quite aware of the unprofessional dismissal by him and his office staff. It's a cheap blow towards a dear senior lady.
