Tomoka Eyecare Overschedules- Be Warned
Unbelievable Poor Treatment regarding cancelled appointment. Have been going to Tomoka Eye Care- Palm Coast office for 3 years- June '23 had annual appointment- scheduled June '24 appointment. 1 week before June '24 appointment received call cancelling my appointment w options to reschedule in November '24 (six months later) w same doctor, reschedule October '24 (5 months later) w different doctor or travel 30 miles to Port Orange for a late June '24 appointment w different doctor. What happened to taking care of your customers? Time to look for a new eye doctor- what shame because Dr Kline seemed like a good guy.

VERY friendly/personable, POSITIVE attitude - wonderful smile, easy bedside manner. Talks to you like a friend, not a patient, showing high levels of professionalism and compassion. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
