Love Dr. Kruzel's original Naturopathic office. Joyce and the staff were excellent..friendly, efficient. Dr. Kruzel is professional, thorough and knowledgeable as usual.After my exam he surprised with with there was not the condition I thought existed. Happy!I will refer his practice for sure.

He has been our doctor for a couple of years. I went to see him because of shortness of breath. He checked vitals and told me i had a 160 pulse rate. He didn't seem concerened about that my pulse rate was twice what it should be. He gave me a medication to help with breathing that did nothing. I called his office the next day as the my breathing problems had become worse. Another doctor in his office told me to go to urgent care. I was rushed from urgent care to the hospital. They determined I had a heart problem that required surgery. I fired Dr. Kruzel because of his lack of action on my high pulse rate and he didn't bother to call on me as a patient after we called his office when the symptoms became worse. He lacks compassion for his patients.

Dr. Kruzel is amazing!. He spends time asking questions about my symptoms and history, and then listening to me. Each time the treatment he has given me worked! When he suggested that I get a physical exam, he showed his concern for my financial situation and came up with a way to make it affordable. Rockwood Natural Medicine sends a monthly newsletter with health tips. One issue gave recommendations about what to do when you feel like a cold is coming one. I followed those tips, and NO cold!!

I was desperately ill with a combination of syndromes that the so-called medical experts couldn't seem to diagnose. Dr. Kruzel sat me down in his office and interviewed me for a solid 90 minutes. He asked probing questions, listened carefully to my answers, and took copious notes. I've never had a doctor demonstrate such care. He was able to diagnose the root of my disease, start a course of treatment and help restore me to health. Dr. Kruzel saved my life.
