Great Accompaniment
Dr. Tom walks the balance of reflecting, suggesting, and guiding. I have met with him on and off for 4 years, and he has been a great help to my mental health. Would recommend. He knew how to meet me where I was at, and he didn't presume to speak into areas that he was not familiar with. But he was familiar with a lot and has helped me grow into maturity. Can't ask for more from a counselor!

Therapy that worked
Tom helped me work through the issue that weighed me down for forty years. He helped me understand that it was within me to work through to a new place in my life by thinking and doing and building new behaviors, finding tools I could use and finally to finding my smile again. I am very grateful for his non judgmental, but accountability based counseling. Thank you, Tom. You have my respect and my gratitude.

Highly Recommend
Great feedback. Kind and gentle, but challenges you where it is needed. I learned so much about myself and have much more confidence and able to speak up for myself. He gave me the tools to make better decisions and change the negative thinking.

Dr Larussa was absolutely amazing for my daughter. He is Faith Based which is what I was looking for. She was very comfortable with talking with him and actually looked forward to meeting with him. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing a therapist for any age.

Dr.Larussa is an excellent therapist and would highly recommend him. He has helped me to overcome personal issues as well of helping my marriage. Very caring and knowledgeable.
