The receptionist who accepts my payments is professional and kind but that's the only positive encounter I've had during my appointments. The physical therapists manage multiple patients at once and the exercises I am given are generic. The care I receive never feels like it is geared toward me specifically, even when I provide feedback to the therapists about pain in my body. I watch other patients go through their exercises with little feedback from the therapists. I'm asking my doctor for a prescription to a different physical therapy practice. I have found physical therapists on YouTube that provide guidance and instruction that has been more beneficial to me than the care provided by the therapists at this location.

I have used Thomas Nicolla every time my body parts caused issues. Each physical therapist is very professional and friendly. In September, I had a total knee replacement and Alyssa Lee became my physical therapist. She was very encouraging, listened and helpfully responded to my questions. I continue doing my exercises at home to stay flexible and to further improve. Thank you Alyssa Lee!

I received exceptional physical therapy care at this facility. Over a period of many years, I have been a patient for three different conditions and, at the end of each term of treatment, my recovery was complete.

Love my therapists BUT: Office and billing staff are typically so rude that I hate having to talk to them about anything. The office itself has no less than 4 signs telling you how important it is to pay your co-pay/back bills, fees for bounced checks and fees for cancelling 'too late.' I've had numerous situations where misinformation was provided to me on appointment times and insurance payment issues. If I ever need OT/PT again I will go elsewhere.

Receptionist is so rude. I said hi, smiled, attempted to briefly state my business. Not one word except, do you know what your copay is? No matter how good the actual physical therapist is, there is no way I would pay to be treated unkindly.
