Tim really focuses on making sure that the way in which the two of you tackle problems is beneficial. He will often ask "does this help?" during sessions. I feel as though that is rare among therapists and social workers. He cares about the patients well being and it really shows in how he approaches topics with a high level of empathy and sensitivity.
