I've been going to Thomas for years. I don't even know where to begin! Thomas is th best therapist I've had. He is caring, professional, and yet...he makes you feel like you are his main concern. Thomas really cares. I am still here, healthier mentally, because of him.

Thom has a deep understanding of his practice and takes the time to explain my actions, reactions and how they may relate in a bigger picture as well as how I can practice changing my unwanted behaviors. He has a knack for clearly communicating in each session as well as setting me up for success between sessions and for future sessions. His empathy is undeniable and it is evident that he loves what he does and does it well.
