Should have trusted reviews
I saw her bad reviews but I like to judge for myself. I liked the staff there and had no complaints with Tiffany until my last visit when she was unprofessional and rude. I requested a refill for thyroid meds when I saw i had one day left. they said was out the next day and would get back to me. I let them know I probably shouldn’t miss days of the medication and they said the’d reach out to her. I ran out of meds and reached out again with no word from her. Then she said she would give 2 weeks worth. I also had an upcoming visit but had to reschedule to a day I was off work due to a new job, so my appt wasn’t for another month! they never cancelled the original appt. i ran out again before she prescribed more. At the apt she was yelling at me saying she can’t trust the labs if I was not consistent w meds. i took it at first until she was really giving me a hard time and my voice had to raise to defend myself and she shut it down fast so I didn’t explain. Will be finding a new doc.

Tiffany is my current doctor, however I am in the process of switching offices due to lack of care. Every appointment I have had is only about 10minutes long and I receive hardly any feedback. As a young type 1 diabetic, it is vital for me to get the proper care and education through my doctors, but I have not once had a foot exam done at this office when I have requested one every time. Insulin is the number one thing a type 1 diabetic needs in order to live, yet my pharmacy informed me that I am out of refills for my insulin. This should NEVER happen. My doctor should have already had refills of insulin for me, but now I have to wait an extra day to call this office and ask for a prescription to be sent.

My brother goes weeks with her not getting back with him when he is out of test strips or meds. She also does not work with you when you are on SSI and she prescribes medicine that cost 250 a month and can not afford it. Getting a new doctor that cares.

Tiffany was really nice but I would not recommend her office to anyone. She gave me 2 insulin samples after I expressed my concern about price. It takes a while for a body to adjust to new insulin so it’s been stressful. When trying to fill the prescription after the samples ran out, the price was way too high and her only advice was to try to find a discount card which my insurance won’t accept. I called into the office to discuss other options and say that I can’t afford the high prices and wasn’t even sure I could continue visiting their office due to paying $200 for each visit. At this point, Beth from their office got real short with me so I said never mind and hung up. Since then, they won’t submit a prior authorization form to my insurance so my medication keeps getting declined and I’ve left 5 voicemails over the last 2 weeks pleading for help and no one will even call me back. I am very involved with the diabetic community locally and with JDRF and will urge everyone possible

Unfortunately due to laziness I've continued to go to this provider. However, I have now asked for a referral to a new endocrinologist. Tiffany is okay, but half the time she kept saying I had a disease i didnt, (incorrect chart) and couldnt tell me how that got on there. Not enough time to voice concerns, office is rude when you call and ask questions.
