I have eczema, and I know how to handle it for the most part, but I got some redness all over my legs and random bruising not caused by any injury that was concerning me. He waved it off as all an eczema issue, said that I should switch deodorants and make sure to use products on his list of brands that are good for dry skin (which are largely what I was using anyway), and when I asked about the bruising, he said that they'd 'keep an eye on it'. I did get a steroid cream prescribed, but I'm skeptical about that addressing the root cause of the random bruising. I feel like he saw eczema on my chart and then assumed everything else must be related to that, and he didn't take my other, new symptoms with the seriousness I feel like they deserve.

Went for a mole check, I have a massive bump on my had that was concerning me, the dry skin on my hand and my toddler and baby picking at it sometimes make it bleed... He claimed it was benign, he really didn't spend much time checking my concerning other moles either. All of these have been growing in size, including the one on my hand. So really I paid a considerable amount of money to feel humiliated and the scabby bump on my hand remains...
