My visits run on a time period (40-60 minutes). Knowing this and being there tends to give me a feeling of being rushed which makes me unable to relaxed enough to stay on topic. So it makes me jump around topics (leaving no clarity on the topic at hand). Aside from that something in my experience in the medical field didn't put time limits on good health care outcomes, it's a great alternative to cutting health costs and visits too.
