My last visit was on September 23, 2020. I had been visiting for the last six months and wearing a face mask as per CDC guidelines and the Town of Lexngton ordinance. I asked Dr. Tim Losby by email if he could wear a face mask for my future visits. He replied that he would not. I replied that I would not see him anymore. On reading the required signage on the Lexington, West Columbia and Columbia locations these words said the company is basically excusing themselves from wearing face masks."If you are not wearing a mask we will assume that one of the exemptions applies to you (this also applies to our staff). " I read this to say that ALL staff is not going to wear face masks in three different jurisdictions with possible different exemptions. Other reputable health care providers almost all wear face masks. I do not feel safe at Max Living Capital City Chiropractic anymore
