Rude. Arrogant. Full of assumptions.
Had to see him today due to my regular doc being unavailable. Night and day difference. Dr Olive came in and his first words to me were “wow, you are pale”. I’m a 38 year old male, who was just released from the hospital due to Anemia, DVT, and blood loss. He was not reassuring, did not listen (or even care) about my recent issues. I left discouraged, and feeling like I don’t have a medical team on my side. Mercy can and should do SO MUCH BETTER!
