Excellent physician
Dr. Tim is very thorough and takes time to explain everything. He has gone above and beyond every time we've seen him. He covers all the bases and is kind and courteous. My wife and I both chose him as our PCP because we were so impressed when he worked in urgent care. So glad he made the move to permanent dedicated role for primary care at the Grand River main office. Can't say enough good things about Tim.

Compassionate, Taking Time to Listen
I had two excellent experiences with Saunders. Both times he showed compassion to me as a human being first, and listened to my concerns as a patient, taking them to heart, including me in decisions regarding care. The care I received made emotionally as well as medically made a notable difference.
