So very honest and compassionate!
Unable to move, I booked an appointment with Dr. Toby on Wednesday of last week. He sent me for much needed X-rays that afternoon which unfortunately, he was unable to do there. He saw me two days later (Friday) to discuss my results. First off, I've never seen a more compassionate Dr. He went over everything, incredibly thorough. Upon informing me he was unable to do what he thought I needed done (his facility wasn't equipped) he booked me an appointment with another Dr. Once ready to leave, he asked me if he could give me a much needed hug. He explained to me AND to them exactly what he would do to me if he was able. His referral was spot on. She's very competant, compassionate and honest.
