I see Dr. Baird to work through my anxiety and depression. I feel that he is able to: get an accurate idea of my mental state; meet me where I am, so to speak; help me develop tools and habits to empower myself to change; propose alternate, unbiased, well-founded viewpoints that I would not have thought of otherwise; connect his suggestions with research; help me make goals beyond simply recovering from my challenges (e.g. helping me decide who I want to be in the short/medium term and suggesting skills to work on to achieve those goals); and guide me through coming up with goals, rather than simply commanding them. I've had a very positive experience with Dr. Baird, and I recommend him to anyone who wants to make positive changes to their life.

I have the upmost respect for Dr. Baird. He is a great therapist and has helped many people including myself. He is compassionate and understanding. He can help you see and think about things in a very effective way that can help you change. You can tell Dr. Baird has lots of experience in working with many things. He has a gift for giving feedback in a way that is on point and empathetic. He can tell you and help you see things that you need to hear in a very real genuine way. His style and approach may not be for everyone, he can be bold when he needs to and he can help you see things that you may not want to see but need to. Dr. Baird is an excellent therapist. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I originally went to Todd 6 years ago for blended family issues. Todd has truly been an asset to our family. My husband had cancer and while the treatments saved his life, they left him with some permanent physical changes that he was struggling with. Todd helped him through that. He also has a deep understanding of the law enforcement career and family lifestyle. He is compassionate and a GREAT listener. I always felt empowered after meetings with him. He gives you the tools to help yourself. He doesn't just sit in a chair with a pen and a pad of paper. I will always recommend Todd.

Do yourself a favor and never have anything to do with this man. He is a sick individual with no qualms against calling people with mental illnesses "crazy" "nightmare people". He shouldn't be licensed to help anyone with anything. Stay FAR away.

Did not trust him. I was a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, rape, and every type of abuse possible. Dr. Baird was offended by ex-husbands salary and job title. He believed him, even though he was naraccistic abuser. My ex husband lied and twisted the truth at every visit. It was absolutely disgusting! Then my ex husband would go home and tell our children all about our counseling session even though Dr Baird told him not too. Between my ex and Dr Baird I have never felt so unsafe in my life!!

I can't thank dr. Baird enough for being another piece to our puzzle. My husband suffered a traumatic accident that left him with a tbi and me as a caregiver with anxiety from witnessing the accident on top of my own problems I've lived with for many years. My husband was seeing a neuro psychologist and won't go back as he feels they are only in it for the money, which I never have felt. Now seeing dr. Baird my husband feels that he is truly there to help him and is even asking to set up appointments before we leave. That's very telling in itself. I have seen 2 other therapists myself since the accident and hadn't felt I was getting treatment that I needed until seeing dr. Baird. I feel a breath a hope after each visit. I would recommend him 100%
