TODD FREEDMAN IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL. HE HAS A TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER. HE IS RUDE AND INPATIENT. HE DOES NOT COMMUNICATE IN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER. HE DOES NOT POSSESS THE QUALITY TO ENSURE PATIENT'S COMOFRT IN THE ER. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO FHMC ED SO LONG AS TODD FREEDMAN IS EMPLOYED.
