Dr. Toni is a breath of fresh air. She’s very warm and easy to talk to. It’s nice to have a doc who actually listens and really helps me without medications. I‘ve gotten so much better with my energy with her counsel, IV therapy care. My favorite Naturopath!

Life changing experience. I came in just for a vitamin shot and came out with a wealth of knowledge. Once I get my finances in order, I look forward to investing more into my health now that I have a doctor who can provide answers!

I absolutely love this office. Front desk is always friendly, and Dr. Varela couldn't be more lovely. She has a heart of gold, a quick as a whip mind, and radiates youthfulness as proof of the effectiveness of her method. She can generally get you in for an appointment very quickly if need be. She's been emotionally supportive during this social isolation and is a great resource for all things, especially now with immune support. I was able to get a high dose vitamin C IV treatment with hydrogen peroxide yesterday, and I feel clear and well. One of the many treatments she has provided me all of which she does herself, which is a rarity. She reached out to me today to check on me and I jut feel I've never had better or more personal care from a healthcare professional. Dr. Varela is an essential asset to our community and know whether here or there, she supports me and my family.

I came to see Dr. Varela for hormone therapy 5 years ago and since she's become like a part of our family. We all trust her insight and appreciate that she is able to prioritize and uncover any factor affecting our health. Today, she is helping us all to support our immune systems and emotions to not get so frustrated with each other during this time of closeness in isolation. Why all people don't have an integrative doctor at this point is beyond me, but I'm truly grateful to have Dr. Varela in our lives.

Dr. Toni has been my specialty doctor for years since Walnut Creek and I trust her opinion on all my health concerns. I have Kaiser for general care and she's very gracious to communicate with them and work with them for lab coverage and further guidance when I need more specific tests that they wouldn't ordinarily do. She goes above and beyond for me for my health and my family. She's truly kind and considerate, and thinks out of the box. She finds you answers hopsital doctors won't and can't find. A true blessing.

After spending more that 2 years with unexplained illness and symptoms, a battery of blood test, MRI, Brain Scan, Ultrasound and other endless tests, I decided to visit a Naturopath and chose Dr. Varela based on her reviews. This was the best decision I could have made. She ordered battery blood and urine test and the result showed that I was being poisoned by mold. That diagnosis explained every symptom. I began treatment immediately and am finally seeing a return to health. I have referred several people to Dr. Varela.

Very caring, very knowledgeable, functional doctor

Awesome, she's like an encyclopedia of knowledge. She's hard to get a hold of at first but when you're a patient of hers she makes time for you. Very easy to talk to, empathetic, smart, and thorough. She's not in network with anyone so ask your insurance what's covered beforehand.

Dr Varella has poor communication skills. I was taken advantage of when Dr Varella ordered several diagnostic tests for me that were not covered by my insurance. After $1,500+ spent on unneeded tests, Dr Varella advised me to eat a Paleo diet. Absolute waste of time and money!
