Very good care.
Dr. Koopman is very caring and helps me to keep my med's right, she takes the time to make sure I understand how to take the right ammount of my med's . I feel very comfortable with the care I get from her.

The endocrinology office at BMC Bend is disorganized and unqualified. I have repeatedly had agonizing, drawn out experiences trying to get prescriptions filled or refilled with this doctors office. For a medical team dedicated to diabetes, they don't seem to understand diabetes medication at all - nomenclature, insurance, everything. It has been extremely frustrating.

This has been a horrible experience where I have paid for services I did not receive, spent hours on the phone trying to get a human to speak with and was sent corrupt .pdf files. I would never recommend anyone pay for Tonya's services.
