You have just two knees, so if you need one or both replaced, make sound choices. There are three steps, choose a great Doctor, a professional Physical Therapy group, and follow their instructions. I choose Southern Joint twice, for my doctor, and therapy. Both times I had great results.

Tosha was fantastic. Not only does she explain why certain exercises are necessary, but she also explains what muscles, and or ligaments/tendons are being worked by that particular exercise. She goes on to explain why certain exercises are not done at that time, depending on what kind of surgery you may have just gone through, and the damage you could do if you attempt to start too early on an exercise. I would recommend Tosha to anyone going through physical therapy. For that matter, I would recommend this entire group to anyone going through physical therapy or surgery.
