Tracey is a great provider and knows her stuff. She listens and makes suggestions on anything that would improve my health.

Tracey has helped several of my clients over the years. Although they did not want to be on medication, they found the need to be for a time to slow their thoughts down and balance emotions as they do the cognitive work of renewing their minds and the healing work of the heart. Tracey is not "stuck" on a patient having to stay on medication for their whole life, which I highly appreciate about her.

I imagine there are people out there who would benefit from the type of treatment Miss Rzepka provides. Unfortunately, I found her demeanor to be cold and her treatment to be careless in regards to my mental health. Her approach is very goal-oriented. It felt like she placed a higher precent on setting and achieving miscellaneous goals than treating my conditions and symptoms. This approach probably works for some people, but not me personally. I also felt like she was judgmental of me in many ways. I had been on the same medications that hadn't been working for 6-8 years due to poor previous medication management, and instead of taking me off these, she just prescribed something else which also ended up not working. She also attempted to charge me extra for a "specialist" fee, and charges a fee if you need to request a change in medication or refill between scheduled appointments. This made it feel like she cared more about making money off me than actually treating my conditions.

I went to Tracey Rzepka as I was dealing with some serious emotional issues. I had previously worked with another counselor and found the results very disappointing. However, when I worked with Tracey, I found her to be an empathetic and understanding counselor. Her insightful expertise and caring attitude were very effective in helping me work through my issues. I have no doubt she was the right person at the right time to address what I needed to overcome a difficult time in my life. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking such assistance.

After undergoing open heart surgery and some other issues, I developed anxiety and depression. I tried numerous drugs ( 7 different drugs for depression) prescribed by two family physician's and three different psychiatrists. My anxiety and depression continued for over 2 years. I was referred by a therapist to Tracey for consultation. I was not optimistic. Tracey began tapering me off of the drugs that I was taking and gradually tapered me on to a less potent drug. The favorable results starting occurring after a few months of treatment, encouragement and support from Tracey. After approximately 5 months I am now back to feeling 'normal' and my anxiety and depression no longer exist. I now am enjoying life and looking forward to the future. I realize that despite attempts to individualize treatment for all persons, results are not guaranteed. However, I am blessed that Tracey was able to help me and hopefully she can help you. LS
