Tracey is the best massage therapist I have ever used. A few years ago I tried several therapists that were closer to my home and ended up coming back to Tracey- she's that good. Her approach and manner are calming, relaxing and friendly while her clinical skills are spot-on!

Tracey's massage is a critical part of my health and wellness. Her approach is remarkably intuitive. She locates and relieves tension in a way that seems almost magical. Often I am not aware of tension until she gently holds a position or swirls around a sensitive length of connective tissue. The sensation is that of a release of the discomfort followed by a calming relaxation of the muscles. Her work restores my energy and avoids my regular pattern of overuse injuries. I applaud her.
