I am extremely disappointed at the treatment by Nurse Practitioner Traci Kreifels. She has zero understanding or tolerance for mental health issues, and could definitely receive Mental Health Training! I came in exhausted and upset, blood pressure 160/120 obviously distressed....She ended my appointment within 3 minutes for cussing and asked me to leave. I was shocked. I had been a patient there for 20 years although never saw Traci. I am certain she broke a medical code of ethics regarding the Mental Health Act and I will be pursuing legal counsel.
