This company completely took advantage of me. I had a good relationship with my counselor. We were virtual; so when my insurance changed, I sent it to her. It was my understanding, then, that the insurance was being bill. EIGHT SESSIONS LATER, OVER $100 EACH, I am told I'm being billed the full amount. There was some back and forth, then the billing person, Sara, started IGNORING me. I eventually spoke to Tracie Keller and she had no empathy or understanding. She said it was my counselor's job to know and inform me of our insurances. On what planet does that make sense? People didn't do their job, for weeks, and now I am paying for it. Literally. Not to mention the trials of finding a new therapist when I wasn't expecting to, getting new diagnoses, and a PANDEMIC. This office is a mess and a danger. Avoid it.
