I loved my entire visit, including my pap (it was one of the best paps I’ve ever had) She spent the time that was needed to answer all of my questions, and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my time at the clinic. Highly recommend!! Another responder she she speaks fast and she does but never ever in a condescending tone and all of our questions were completely answered. she also sees my teen daughter and she loves her too!

Tracy took time to make sure I understood everything. She explained complicated medical terms and made sure that all of my questions were answered. As soon as she walked in the room I felt so much better, she was so nice and made me feel comfortable. She does talk fast, but there were a lot of questions I had for my visits.

Ms. Anderson may be smart, but she speaks medical jargon and does not use common terms that non-medical professionals would know. She speaks FAST repeats herself multiple times and during my THREE visits with her, she NEVER had me repeat back my understanding of why procedures were to be done for my baby or me. She would just ask, You got that? or You understand, RIGHT? as if I said NO she would think I was dumb. She cares for first time teen mom's and speaks down to you. No bedside manner!!
