Tracy is relatively young but she appears to be well read. She is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a host of reference points in the fields of human growth and development, that is mindfulness, meditation and relational counseling. What she might lack in life experience she makes up with a solid theoretical, research base. She is empathic, fully present, and asks probing questions. She is a good teacher. She leaves us with takeaway ideas and strategies to practice. One more important point: Tracy knows the power of behaviorist, behavior management, and positive reinforcement. She is empowering by sharing powerful tools that make the difference between success and frustrating stagnation.

I spoke with Tracy a few times just before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. She was great, easy to talk to and I could feel myself start to open up. At the time she accepted no insurance. My insurance said they would cover it as out of pocket if she would send them a notice on professional letterhead confirming who she was along with her NPI. I told her I had used this insurance for mental health care in the past and they had diagnosis on file. After a a session she agreed to do that, but was the last I spoke with her. Emails and phone messages went unanswered. After about two months, I reached out to an old practitioner for telehealth. I'll give Tracy the benefit of the doubt that something occurred in her life to justify the silence. She was great to work with those few sessions, and I see on her website she now accepts some insurance plans. I would recommend her with the caveat of sorting everything with insurance first.
