Tracy Krause, NP

Tracy Krause was horrible. She was mean and a bit of a bully. Instead of talking and explaining a procedure that I did not feel comfortable with, she discharged me from the practice and told me I should just go see someone else because I did not agree immediately to do what she wanted. She is not empathetic at all and she seems like she doesn't really care what YOU want, just what she wants. She does not listen. I would not recommend

I met with Tracy many times during my IVF cycle. She explained every detail carefully and returned all of my phone calls immediately. I highly recommend her!

I have felt my needs were not being met and still after discussion they still weren't. I completed everything that was required of me in an extremely timely manner on my end. The response time with messages and phone calls was lengthy and often met with little information. I had asked for several things in order to stay on a necessary time line and that didn't happen because of inter office communication issues. This is a consistent pattern. I don't feel confident in my care at this facility.
