Tracy treats me like a person, instead of treating my diagnosis only. She listens to me and offers great support during my check-in. I'm never forced to take any medications and I appreciate this. Tracy cares about me authentically. She is honest, resourceful, and thorough. Her medication knowledge is appropriate and professional. If necessary, Tracy will extend our session when a situation needs added attention. With her help, I have avoided in-patient hospitalization which was a frequent occurrence before I met Tracy. She always gives me encouragement and positive support with empathy and goal-oriented optimism. I give her five stars in all her ratings.
