I went to Tracy at Getwell Urgent Care with a visible ailment. Within moments she told me she couldn't help me, suddenly became extremely agitated, abruptly left the exam room, and forcefully SLAMMED the door behind her. I stepped out and asked her if that meant we were done and she yelled at me, told me to go see someone else, and that she couldn't provide recommendations for any other doctors. It was a horrifying experience, and I can't identify one thing I did to warrant such poor treatment.
