Dr. Volkman has been my audiologist for 6 years. She has provided unsurpassed patience and knowledge through the process of getting hearing aids, learning how to utilize them, and following up with questions and problems I've encountered. I always tell her I would not have adjusted to my hearing loss had she not been my ever present resource. And Ceil who is the office manager is kind, professional and always available for whatever I need. The office is impeccably spotless and welcoming, and I am truly impressed with the level of care I've received here.

She preformed testing of my hearing during the past number of years and fitted me with excellent earring AIDS that REALLY WORK! Previous ones from a medical center in Sacramento did not and were a big waste of money. She was also very personable and remembered names and things about me. I would like to use her experience and care in the future.
