Extremely friendly and thorough.
Dr Nguyen was very friendly and thorough. She understood my concerns even though it was difficult for me to explain. I was relieved by her understanding and explanations. The office is small and very busy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for several years, but recently I cannot seem to get past her very abrupt and rude staff to make an appointment. The phone is rarely answered during business hours, and it seems that they are booked all day everyday all the time. The staff was rude, abrupt, and extremely unhelpful. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Although I have been happy with Dr. Nguyen in the past, I will be looking elsewhere in the future.
