Dr. Niccum is fantastic. I have been to many chiropractic offices throughout SW Colorado and NM. This was the first office that returned my phone call immediately and scheduled me that day. Dr. Niccum spent time discussing my complaints, my history and how he planned to help improve my posture and quality of living. Shannon, the office manager, is an absolute joy to work with and is quick to respond and make sure needs are met. The Thrive office and staff are compassionate and truly believe in customer service and helping to improve lives of their patients. After my first appointment, Dr. Niccum told me, "Welcome to the Family", that is the detail that take this office a step above the rest. It's not just about clients it's about service.

I came to Dr. Niccum after having thrown my back out, and his adjustments immediately addressed the problem and I felt back to normal within days. Now I am working with him to improve my "normal" and find him attentive, kind, thorough, and responsive. I highly recommend him!

This is the best chiropractor I've found in Durango. Shannon, the receptionist is so helpful when it comes to scheduling and making sure I get the help as soon as I need it. Dr trapper is a very skilled chiropractor. He always leaves me feeling properly adjusted and he answers all of my questions and concerns and gives me tips on how to keep feeling 100% after leaving his office.

Dr. Niccum’s approach is to thoroughly evaluate your body and health, and then to treat accordingly. I’ve experienced pain and tension release, better sleep and better immune function as a result of treatment. The practice and schedule is super efficient and flexible.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and laid back. I'm always greeted with a smile. He took X-rays of my neck and didn't just do a one and done. I've gone from having to sleep on the couch because of my back pain to being able to sleep in bed again. I still have a long way to go to get my spine aligned but I'm on the right track.

Thrive has been a dream since I've started attending. The receptionist (Shannon) is always smiling and always friendly and a sweetheart. The Dr. always amazes me and how much he remembers the conversations with me from the last meeting. When I first went in, he created a plan for the year (I love knowing what to expect), we went over what exactly was going on with my spine (looked through the x-rays, etc.), and discussed all the changes we want to see happen. I'm always looking forward to my next adjustment and can't wait to see what the end of the year will feel like for me.

My first visit was an emergency one- I was having an incredible migraine that forced me to leave work. Somebody recommended Dr. Trapper and I needed relief quickly. They got me right in, dimmed the lights, gave me an examination, and adjusted me. The staff showed great kindness and empathy- and did their very best to help. I now get regular adjustments and my migraines aren't as bothersome. Dr. Trapper and his staff continue to provide exemplary care and follow up activities to increase success rate of treatment. Appointments are punctual, informative and effective. Care is taken throughout treatment plans to ensure patient comfort and progress. Rescheduling is simple; wait times are negligible as the office runs very efficiently.

My experience at Thrive Chiropractic and Dr Trapper has been extremely successful. I was about 20 weeks pregnant when I started and the remainder of my pregnancy has been much more comfortable than previous pregnancies. I have also experienced fewer headaches since seeing Dr Trapper, which is something that I have dealt with for years.

Dr. Trapper has been taking excellent care of me for a while now. I have a kind of tricky history with scoliosis, hip surgery, knee problems, and so forth... Having him in my court, I have been able to maintain my active lifestyle!
