Dr. Tricia Zigrang, PHD

She was a very impolite person. Unprofessional. Rude. Impatient. She sat through most of my sessions with her arms folded across her chest and said very little. She charged too much for what little she did. The woman asked me for my honest opinion and feelings about how she handled herself with me. I told her that I could clearly see her wearing a white lab coat and disecting mice and that she was too clinical. Then, immediately after I said those things, she pounced on me and accused me of attacking her “therapeutic style.” She practically threw the DSM at me and got everything wrong. I never had any of the things she claimed I did. It turned out I actually had a dislocated jaw, severe TMJ and a traumatic brain injury from five concussions I had sustained over several years. These were confirmed by my orthodontist, a dentist, a periodontist, TMJ specialists and my primary care provider. Tricia Zigrang should lose her license.

Dr. Zigrang behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner and put her own beliefs ahead of the needs of her patient without even the decency of honestly discussing the ramifications of the decision with her client.
