The most helpful optometrist I've been to
I've been seeing Dr. Urschel for eye exams for about five years. She is the most helpful optometrist I've ever been to. She never makes the exam feel rushed, always making sure to take the time to tweak my prescription to exactly what the best Rx will be for me. She always listens well to my concerns and takes into account my particular vision challenges and how that might affect my choices regarding glasses and contacts. Last time I saw her, she went out of her way to recheck my eyes after a different practice gave me a prescription that I didn't believe was quite accurate. After seeing Dr. Urschel, I feel cared about and so much more confident that I had the correct prescription.
