Although at first hesitant by all the bad reviews, a friend had recommended for to me to go to her personally. Surprisingly she was wonderful. She did put a lot of attention into her computer while keeping notes, but still made sure to listen to everything I had to say. I’ve been struggling with mental health issues for nearly all my life and although it took some time, she found the perfect fit for me.

Worst experience ever. Eating on and off throughout my entire appointment. Quietly belching under her breath. Rude and abrasive, constantly interrupting. I couldn’t say more than three or four words before she would cut me off. Asking questions regarding sensitive subject matters as if she was talking about the weather. Dismissive of my concerns. Nearly zero eye contact, as she had her face in the computer screen the entire time. She is honestly what nightmares are made of. If she is supposed to be the picture of sanity, and I have nailed it. I felt completely cured walking out of her office.

Will not go back to see her. Worst experience.

Dr. Lacher is a disgrace to the medical profession. I didn't even make it a half hour with her before I needed to abruptly end my appt because I felt judged and not listened to. Prior to my appt start another patient came to her to let her know she was leaving her, and that should have been my warning to leave immediately. Having had psychiatric issues for 10+ years, the psychatrist should not make you feel more hopeless then you did prior to walking in

I would not recommend this practitioner. She does not know my name after 3-4 visits and is more concerned about entering data into her computer than speaking to her patients. She lacks the most general mental health knowledge, is apathetic and has no bedside manner.

Run from this 'practitioner'. No eye contact and unwelcoming. She was eating slices of pepperoni out of a plastic bag during our meeting. This wouldn't be appropriate for an insurance agent, let alone a mental health professional. She quizzed me based on questions from a computer program (for instance, my dental health came up during the interrogation, hardly relevant). She had no interest in my personal circumstances or well being. EHP is a prescription mill, a miserable place to seek treatment

Bad manners, poor listener... She was eating lunch while talking to me... Sometimes would discretely burp. Rarely made eye contact, and only looked at her food or the screen. Did not seem interested at all. She was quizzing me with the questions she was reading from the computer. Also there were a lot of moments of awkward silence. Don't even know what to say.

She is a poor listener and doesn't seem experienced enough to handle complex psychiatric symptoms. She was usually distracted during appointments, eating lunch or talking about other things. She rarely made eye contact, but kept typing and looking at her computer screen while talking. She dismissed any concerns I expressed about increasing medications. The one time I felt the need to contact her by phone between appointments, she failed to call me back and blamed it on the voice mail system.

MORON. Terrible doctor (or Nurse Practitioner -- whatever degree she has that lets her pretend she's a doctor)!!! She was taking me off the meds I needed to avoid going back in Sheppard. Thank God I found another psychiatrist in the area that was accepting new patients. He said her treatment plan for me was not appropriate, and I was also misdiagnosed.
