Unprofessional. One minute she's all personal acting as if she were my friend, her talking about her personal life. Then she switches and the next minute she's acting all professional. She must have checked her phone 20 times during our session. Yeah she's nice, but she gets very defensive when I'm talking about "my situation". Famous line of hers when I need to talk about how I'm feeling or something I'm going through, she says, "I have given you the tools, so use them." She doesn't even want to hear it. Oh and let me not forget to add how compulsively late she is and the excuses she uses as to why she was..."Sorry, had to go pick up my daughter". "Needed to get gas" on, and on.

I had a bad experience with this therapist about 6 months ago. She would get my name wrong during sessions, wouldn't recognize me when she came to bring me back to our office, never remembered what we had previously talked about, etc. She also couldn't remain objective. For example, if I talked about an issue with a friend, she would hear it from the perspective of the friend and would get extremely defensive. She turned me off therapy for a while but I'm happy to say that I've found someone bet
