I had a very bad experience with Uzma Husain, O.D. on Dec 31, 2023. She was unprofessional and rude. She did not complete the eye exam. She kept pushing me to purchase the progressive glasses from her. She laid to me about I should not wear my 1.5 reading glasses. Then, She made me to pay for the $85 fee without answering my questions. I was there for only a few mins.
A week later, I went to see my ophthalmologist for an eye exam. This doctor told me that my eyes are good. I do not need progressive glasses and the 1.5 reading glasses is good enough for me.
I am very upset and disappointed on Uzma Husain who has wasted my time and money. Also, I do not want this happen on any other customers again. Thank you. I appreciate it very much.
