Positively Professional, Informative, Empathetic
Dr. Phatak is very meticulous when gathering patient history. She explained my condition in understandable terms and set up future testing for my 'mild' cognitive impairment. She offered me some tips to mitigate my anxiety regarding my memory loss. I will see her again in a couple of months and look forward to her help.
